Evaluate:
- User goal and primary action
- Information hierarchy
- Workspace/scope clarity
- Navigation depth
- Layout width, spacing, typography, and token use
- Form/table/chart patterns
- Loading, empty, partial, error, permission, and success states
- Mobile/tablet/desktop
- Keyboard/focus/screen reader
- Content clarity and implementation jargon
- Data visibility and privacy explanations
- Authorization and cross-tenant risks
- Analytics/logging sensitivity
- Contextual help and docs consistency
Produce:
- Severity-ranked findings: blocker, high, medium, low
- Evidence: component/file/screenshot/state
- Recommended change
- Acceptance test
- Wiki pages affected
Then implement only the approved blocker/high items, add tests, and update both wikis and traceability.
