Delivery rules
- Default to two or three workdays per week, even when the unit is Day.
- No reminders after the workday ends.
- Do not send during leave, public holidays, or tenant blackout periods.
- No free text by default.
- Aggregate team reporting requires anonymity threshold.
- A low daily score should prompt support, not an automatic performance judgment.
