Updated

Required context

  • Approved HR scopes and data classes
  • Adaptive framework and campaign concepts
  • Product shell, shared dashboard/table components
  • Current completion dashboard and survey lifecycle screens

Prompt

Build an HR operations workspace for scoped program and campaign management. HR must be able to run the process without reading private content it is not authorized to see.

1. HR overview

Implement:

  • Active programs and campaigns
  • Completion funnel: invited, opened, started, completed, threshold-ready, released
  • Upcoming deadlines
  • Populations at risk of non-completion
  • Failed notifications/imports/jobs
  • Exception queue
  • Anonymity/threshold warnings
  • Recent program changes

Every KPI shows scope, period, definition, and whether data is incomplete or suppressed.

2. Programs

Provide list and details for recurring definitions:

  • Draft/published/paused/retired
  • Audience and scope
  • Cadence/schedule
  • Content packs and tenant overlays
  • Survey quota and composition
  • Cooldown policy
  • Coverage forecast
  • PDP/event overrides
  • Delivery/reminder policy
  • Threshold and visibility policy
  • Version and effective date

Full builder is completed in prompt 12; establish navigation and safe summary/edit contracts here.

3. Campaign operations

Provide:

  • Campaign list and state
  • Participant population
  • Rater nomination/approval status
  • Completion and threshold readiness
  • Notification history and reminders
  • Exceptions and exclusions
  • Report processing/release state
  • Pause/cancel/reopen according to policy
  • Immutable action history

Replace raw JSON with named people, relationship groups, status, and accessible detail tables.

4. Completion management

Implement filters by program, campaign, org unit, manager, role, status, and due date. Actions may include:

  • Send or schedule reminder
  • Exclude/extend with reason
  • Resolve invitation delivery failure
  • Export permitted participation metadata
  • Open participant detail without answers

Protect anonymity: do not expose relationship completion detail when it enables identification.

5. Aggregate insights

Create the route and safe data contract for organization-level trends:

  • Valid N and eligible population
  • Suppression and cohort rules
  • Source/instrument distinction
  • Coverage and fatigue metrics
  • No individual ranking

Detailed visualization is implemented in prompt 14.

6. HR-scoped access

Every query and action enforces HR designation scope, descendant policy, effective dates, and permission. Display active scope and allow switching only among authorized scopes.

7. Tests and docs

  • HR root versus scoped HR partner
  • Effective-date and revoked designation cases
  • Cross-org negative tests
  • Completion metadata versus answer access
  • Threshold/differencing protections
  • Reminder idempotency and audit
  • External HR guide and internal operations specs

Acceptance gates

  • HR can identify and resolve process blockers without seeing unauthorized answers.
  • Raw rater JSON is eliminated from normal UI.
  • Every privileged HR action records actor, reason, scope, object, and result.
  • Dashboard metrics define their denominator and suppression state.
